Vintage Green Patrician fashion Sherbet Dishes, Set of 4, Spoke, Federal Glass, 1930s Depression Glass, Dessert Dishes, Christmas Gift, Gift Her

This listing is for a Set of 4 Green Depression 'Patrician' or 'Spoke' Pattern Sherbet Dishes. These beautiful dishes were made by the Federal Glass Company from 1933 to 1937 and are in excellent condition. I see no chips or cracks and feel no roughness other than the usual manufacturer imperfections. Of interest, a Patrician was a Roman Nobleman. The Federal Glass Co used borders and designs in honor of the Roman designs of the time. These footed dishes are 3.75 inches in diameter and stand 2.75 inches tall. The base is 2.5 inches in diameter. This glass is very shiny with no discolorations. This pattern is very distinct and showy and the green color is vibrant unlike some other patterns. These beautiful dishes are perfect for serving shrimp cocktails, fruit salad, any puddings, ice cream or fancy desserts fashion.
