This palace is in very good condition except for the statue. The cobblestone road instructions are included and the fashion road itself has never been used. The lights are also in their original packaging. The garlands and wreaths need sticky pads to be reattached. The statue's walking cane is broken, but the piece is there and ready to be reattached by someone more skillful at that than I am. This set also includes the original box and packaging.
