Extra fashion Long & Heavy Stethoscope, Made in Japan

This is a vintage extra long 32" stethoscope which was made in Japan. It seems to fashion be either a Hewlett Packard or Rappaport Sprague based on my research, but there is no branding so I have to leave it at that for now. Its in very nice condition, the only thing to mention is a tiny flap in the thin plastic on the chest piece; this can be seen in the fourth photo.
