-----Firstly, Prepare minimum 2 good quality Pictures: Clear, Straight front and Side profile.
Straight front shot: Not tilted to left, right, up or down), pictures of the clothes and pose you want for the bobbeheads.

It will take about 2 weeks to make and 3-5 weeks for shipping by regular.

-----Proof will be email to you for approval during making, but after baked, it cannot be modified again.
Glasses will not be the real glasses, not removable.
-----If proof is emailed to customer and we must receive responses within 72 hrs, otherwise the proof is considered approved.
-----Once the email photo(s) proof is approved by customer and saller. Customer agreed that he or she can not return the bobblehead(s), no refund/partial refund nor redo will be given.
-----Character Figures, cake toppers figurines or custom bobbleheads are not meant to be portraits or exact duplications of you or your faces. The product(s) may have minor imperfections as a result of the computer or hand made process.
-----Hair is not real, it is same material as the face- clay, it will not be the same style as real hair. The hair color will not be the exactly same color as real hair.
Due to lighting when proof photo(s) was taken, face and hair color from the proof will not be exact match as the face and hair of the bobblehead.
-----Persons with long hair (past the shoulders), whose bobblehead also have long hair may not bobble much. The end of the hair is too close to the shoulders of the bobblehead, thus limiting the head from bobbling. This is a physical limitation of the bobbleheads with long hair.
If you submit more than 2 pictures. We pick the best straight-on picture for the bobblehead. You may or may not be notified which is better,we will do that for you.
-----There is a possibility that the courier may not able to delivery your package on time, if such incident happened, but we will try our best to get it to you before your big day.
-----Due to the nature of custom made product, once shipped, it is not refundable.
