Vintage amateur oil fashion painting of an autumn landscape

This autumnal painting will have you dreaming of apple picking and jumping in the leaves! It was painted by a hobbyist oil painter who had a remarkable talent for light and shadow. The sky is also nicely done with little white puffs. Three figures are walking in the distance down the wide lane. There's a bit of drip damage near the bottom right-hand corner fashion and some yellowing to the sky area. Also some very minor chips to the paint. It's signed by L. Knieriemen '54 in the lower left corner. Measures 23x19"; ready to hang.
