Listing is for this previously owned Santas Workbench St Mary's Cathedral Church Lighted Christmas Village House, it appears to be in good condition, I don't see any chips or other damage, please look at the pictures closely in case I missed anything else, it has been in storage for a long time and may need to be cleaned, comes in syrofoam insert with light cord, the box is missing. It is approx 8" wide by 11" tall by 9-/4" deep.
