A beautiful Carvalhinho Porto Ceramic Covered Dish.

This covered candy or nut dish is something that would work in any décor, style or color scheme you may have. We have Blue (which is my favorite color) Gold, Green, Yellow, Brown, Purple and Light Blue, there you have it.

Measuring: 4 3/4" tall without lid, 6 3/4" with lid x 5 3/8" diameter @ top x 3 1/8" @ base. The depth inside bowl is: 3 3/4" deep.

The art between the fashion bottom and lid actually match up, We have a row of leaves and flowers, with dots and other decoration, a row of what I would call a basket weave sort of look, it repeats this all around jar and lid. The very top of lid is a Blue Knob, easy to grab and hold onto, lots of swirls and dots of color all around top knob. The base also has swirls of Blue and Designs of Purple. There are nicks, chips or cracks there is some crazing, it looks terrific.The bottom is not just round, it's a ruffled or scalloped bottom, beautiful.

This item is clearly marked and numbered on the bottom, also the artists signature. A date of Dec. 5, or what I'm assuming to be a date. This item was hand painted and made in Portugal.
