These two plates are made of black slab clay and fired twice in an electric kiln. Second fashion firing at 1240 degrees C. The clay for those plates was reused.

Safe for food and dishwasher safe.

The plates are different in size. They are handmade and therefore unique. The bottom part of the plates is not glazed. Since they are fired at a high temperature they are not porous.

The glaze is not perfectly spread.

Use them as dinner plates or as serving plates.

Go well with the simple nordic style.

Nice gift for somebody who appreciates handmade.
