The rent is so high, because the equipment of the house is very good (and the fixed costs for the house increased round about € 1.000,- per month in the last months).
You will have a cozy and nice life in this house. :)
ALL costs are included in the rent. Feel free to ask Mark what exact costs we´re talking about. :D
If anything happens, Mark will directly call the craftsman or whoever can help and solve the problem. :) For example our old dish washer died in September 2022. R.I.P. old dish washer. Since the 08.11.2022 we have a new - high quality - dish washer from Miele and we all enjoy it a lot. ^^
- 15 - 25 minutes away from university by bicycle
- 10 minutes away from the city of münster with the bus
- we have night busses (at any time you will be able to reach the city centre and come home aswell :D)
- two minutes on foot to the bus station
- the house is located in a dead end; it´s absolutely silent here
- the next supermarket is two minutes away on foot
- the next pharmacy is also two minutes away

Vegan-house challenge! I, Mark, am a vegan since January 2010 (my first vegan experience was 2004). So all food and all drinks everywhere in the house are vegan. Please accept my love to the animals, I will never ever change that part of my life.
House rules:

- outside the house you can eat and drink whatever you want
- no smoking / no smokers
- no weed / no marihuana
- no drugs (like Ecstasy, Speed and so on)
- no pets
- alcohol is fine

It would be decadent to live alone on that much space and so I (Mark) love to share my house with people from all over the world since October 2014!
