This quilt was created for the Water Quilt Challenge for the Best of the Valley in Lindsay, California. The face was completed using hand dyed fabric and then Prisma Color Pencils were used to enhance the features. It is named The Waters Flow Stirred By His Spirit because God gives us our water and we in the valley respect water and the lack of it.
