Adorable straw hat with black velvet brim, made in U.S.A by JOHN ANDREW of CALIFORNIA. This elegant hat is in very good vintage and pre-loved condition; a gorgeous hat meant to sit on the crown of the head with a built-in elastic to keep in place.
-measures approx. 20 1/2" around the inside headband
-the outer velvet brim is 33" round and 1 1/2" high
