It portrays the Scottish ballet dancer and actress Moira Shearer (born 1926) who is probably best known for her starring role in 1948 movie The Red Shoes.

An absolutely delightful piece in very good condition. No chips. No cracks. No damage. Superb. On the back is impressed the number 7277 which suggests it was either made in (the former) Czechoslovakia or Germany.
