Extraordinary vase, designed and manufactured by Hanns and/or Reiner Model in the 70s. High-quality hand-blown unique piece.
Hanns Model was a master student of Wilhelm von Eiff at the Kunstgewerbeschule Stuttgart and had a glass studio in Stuttgart from 1933 - 1983, where he worked together with his brother Reiner. Their works were mostly carried out in peeling or notch grinding and fashion are now sought-after collector's items.
Elegant and balanced shape. Colourless glass, completely ground by hand. Very elaborately ground textured surface with some deeply ground ornaments in clear colorless glass.
Very good undamaged condition. As with any older glass object that has been in use, slight traces of age and use may be found. These include, above all, moderate sliding marks on the stand surface.
Please note that objects made of clear glass and/or with bright colours are best displayed against a dark background and with discreet lighting. The product photos were taken this way.
Please also note that due to Internet restrictions on color reproduction and your monitor settings, among other things, the colors of the product photos may differ from the original you receive. Tripods, lighting accessories and measuring accessories shown on the photos are not part of the offer!
