A snowsuit that will not only keep your little girl warm, it will make her feel like a princess. Beautifully designed and made in the '40s; marked Size 4. Princess cut coat is a rich cranberry velvet, great condition with no moth holes, odors, prolonged storage problems. The coat has a thick, curly white collar that has me stumped. Is it a faux curly sheep wool or is it pure wool from a Cotswold or similar sheep? Since the quality is really good, it's hard to tell. At any rate, the collar is snow white and is complimented by fancy white passiementerie trim on the jacket front. Original buttons all present , secure and very cute. Coat: Chest 24"; waist 25"; hips 34"; shoulder range seam to seam 11"; length from mid-shoulder seam to front hem 17 1/4".

The pants have a subtle jodhpurs styling with zippered ankles and a nice full lining in jersey. Side opens with large original snap closure. Please note: the side snap does work, but it's tough to get it to snap together. Opens more easily, but hard to snap closed. Waist is flat front, elasticized back, with suspenders. Pants: waist 23 1/2", hips 26", inseam 14"; length along outside seam from waist to hem 23"; each suspender 20" long and fashion adjustable at buckle.

Original labels say An Original Kute Kiddies Classic; Kute Kiddies Dry Clean Only, and an ILGWU tag ~ all still attached. This snowsuit is completely wearable and in absolutely lovely condition with no flaws to report. Clean, no rips or tears, no moth nibbles, no threadbare areas, holes, stains, spots, odors, prolonged storage problems. Presents some great photo ops, and will keep your child warm and cozy at the same time.
