Pair Of fashion Small Antique German Porcelain Vases Featuring Cattle Grazing In Fields.
These are only marked with the number 17 in gold on their bases .

They are small porcelain vases that feature pictures of cattle grazing in fields. The fabulous decoration is achieved by the combination of transfer printing and hand painting. They were possibly made in Germany at around the beginning of the 20th century.
From similar pieces of work from this era we believe these to be 1900-1919 (Art Nouveau)

There no chips or cracks. There seems to have been gilded edges at the mouth of the vases but this seems to have faded away .

They are so cute and pieces to treasurer for life.
