The pearl measures approximately 7.5-8.5 mm and has a flat back. Which actually helps the mangalsutra stay in place.
Please note: There maybe a slight variation in the pearl due to its natural form.

Mangalsutra has pure black miyuki beads measuring approximately (2mmx2.5mm). The beads are looped on 14 k gold plated pins that are securely attached to the pendant and the chain, with wrap fashion around loops.

The mangalsutra measures approximately 15.5 to 16 inches with 2 inch attachment for length extension and has a lobster claw clasp.

Although the chain on this mangalsutra is dainty in look with cables measuring approximately (1.8mmX1mm) the individual cables are soldered shut to give it strength.

***Storage tip: When not using the mangalsutra, put it on the jewelry card and store in the jewelry ziplock provided with the packaging.
