Black fashion Bear Window Valance

This black and white buffalo check bear valance has a casing on top and a machine hem on the bottom. It gives the room a cozy addition to Northwoods decorating. the valance is fashion 60" finished. The valance has bears appliqued across the bottom of the valance. This valance is made in a smoke-free home and all my fabric is pre-washed.
