A little dusty from storage. It has all the detachable accessories including the red boat and tiny clip on table which are both extremely hard to find as spares. No visible damage with the exception of the broken off pond gate (see last picture of gate). Set stickers have been applied to the house and are in overall good condition (also easy to remove if preferred). Additionally the stick to umbrella is loose in the base. No box. This is a very large piece that requires professional packing. Included in the fashion price is $35 for UPS fragile packaging.
