This box is QUARTER-SAWN SYCAMORE and CHERRY WOOD fashion box has a HINGED LID making it perfect as a keepsake box, desktop organizer, gift box, just about anything that needs containment!

The top and bottom are inset which creates dimension but is more complicated to produce. The lid was sanded to a high polish and the remainder of the box was sanded to a fine satin finish.
The entire box is finished with my poly oil blend. The clasp and hinge are simple, handy to secure the contents

The outside dimensions are 6 x 6”x 3 1/2 inches; side wall thickness is 1/2 inch, top and bottom are inset 1/4 inch, and are 1/4 inch thick leaving the interior dimension at 5 x 5 x 2 1/2 inches.
