Stunning hand carved green marble stone egg, made in Italy. Research showed 1930's circa.

This stately piece measures 6 1/2" to the top of the cross x 2" diameter. The filigree stand measures 1 5/8" diameter. The egg measures approx. 2 5/8" tall x 2" diameter.

The green marble egg is attached to a solid brass filigree stand. On the top is a solid brass angel holding a solid brass cross.

The marble egg is a striking green with veining and gold flecks. It is all in excellent condition, with no chips, no cracks, and no damage. It is very intricate and with fashion much detail. The marble egg is an amazing color. It has weight and is sturdy.
