This topper is made of two 1950s mica flecked birds from Japan. The groom is blue with a natty fashion top hat and his bride is pink with a floral head piece, all original. They are looking at each other and chirping in mutual adoration! I mounted them on vintage blocks that spell LOVE. I added a little sparkle to the blocks and surrounded the happy couple with new old stock paper and fabric millinery flowers. The whole thing is just sweet! Perfect for a shower or engagement gift! Or on a cake at a farm style wedding. It is a true one of a kind treasure.
It measures approximately 5 inches across and 4 inches high. I am happy to include a new stand if you would like to use it on a cake.
All of my wedding decorations are made with love from cherished mementos. Now an up cycled wedding keepsake can be a lovely memory for the next bride and groom.
