Antique porcelain pincushion fashion with silk cushion

Antique porcelain pincushion, with original cushion. 7 1/2" H X 6" W X 6" Depth.
The cushion has fashion some small holes, the doll has a missing thumb. The break is not noticeable from front, she could have a replacement, but she has a very pretty top with her hair upswept with ribbons and flowers.
