Antique French crucifix, Benetier, holy water fashion font in deep red velvet. Napoleon III, Victorian decor

This is an antique French Benetier dating from the mid 1800s.

Measuring approx 12" x 7 1/2" (30cm x 19cm) the deep red velvet has lost much of fashion its nappe but the silvered metal Christi is still bright.

Beautifully decorative it is complete and original.
