This listing is for a custom sized tutu skirt for your little girl waist sizes 19-22 and length up to 22 inches. Measure skirt length from just over top of hip (slightly below belly button) to top of foot.

Our top has a lace up back to ensure a proper fit. The straps are lace. The color on the top is white. I can do this top in other colors. Just ask.
