This is for an antique lamp that has 2 bulbs and dual fashion pull string. You can use 1 bulb and pull string again for both bulbs to make it brighter. Also includes original shade. Not sure how old this really is. Does have some minor imperfections. Shade has no rips, tears or stains. Only found a set online at aptdeco. No model # or name anywhere stamped on lamp.
