Medium/large Soda fashion Fired Porcelain Serving Bowl

This is a large-ish serving bowl with a light blue celadon glaze.

All of the white/peach is "unglazed," but the soda surface does give it some shine.

I make every item by hand. All of the decorations are hand-drawn, then the pieces are glazed and fired to cone 10 (2345F) in a soda kiln. We spray a fashion solution of sodium carbonate into the kiln when it gets to temperature, which reacts to the clay and glaze to create individual and unique items. No two pieces coming from a soda kiln will be identical, so these are one-of-a-kind!
