The records have some scuffs and other marks, no scratches. The are a bit dirty, but I will leave cleaning to the new owner. I have not tested any of the records, but believe that they will still play and I am selling the records as is, no returns if they don't play.

The book itself shows some wear on the edges, small stains on the front and back, as well as other marks and scuffs. Inside all the sleeves are intact and in good condition, just showing color changes due to age. **Except the 3rd sleeve, which has a tear in the side seam.

The Song List is in good condition with just a few small tears on the bottom edge as well as a few small folds in the corners.
