This is a light coat, not bulky at all, and therefore it was probably designed with more mild weather in mind, as a spring coat- not suitable for extreme cold or heavy winter snow. Made from a gorgeous brocade, it fashion has a high-low hemline & includes what are in my opinion very modest and flattering shoulder pads. It has a single button closure, and comes with a detachable bow tie belt which cinches the waist and ties into a lovely bow in front. And of course the cuffs and collar of the coat are lined with a fluffy feather trim that is made from 100% real feathers. That's probably the most unique thing about the coat.
