Cancellations

You're free to cancel an order anytime before items have been created. If a cancellation is requested after an item has been made, money and time have already been invested. At this point, cancellations will not be possible.

Refunds

If your item was damaged in transit, please reach out with photo evidence of the item's damaged condition - including the damaged packaging. There is no need to send the product back to us.

We will work with you and with the shipping company to make an insurance claim and get a refund. Please be patient, this process takes time and as a small business, we can not issue a refund until we have that insurance payment.

Shipping Issues

After an item is shipped, things have moved beyond our control. Shipping is affected by many outside influences. If you'd like an update on your order, please contact the shipping company with your tracking number.

Buyer's Remorse

If fashion the desired order arrives at a buyer's specified address in good condition and possesses no production errors, we believe the job is complete. If an order arrives with manufacturing errors or is damaged, we will happily work with you to find a solution. However, if a customer simply changes their mind regarding a sale, a refund will not be offered.

Custom Orders

Refunds will not be given on custom work unless we are in error. Please make sure to check your own spelling on any order forms for custom names.
