Needs some work there isnt a crystal 1st of all fashion and other then that it does want to wind properly it does run for a few minutes once and a while but not for long idk what exactly is wrong with it im not sure if its solid gold or gold filled it does say guaranteed 20 years on the inside of the case which leads me to think its gold filled but if so its a very heady gold filled 14k testing acid does not effect it at all and my KEE electric GOLD TESTER says it is 14k gold that all being said its still a very nice Illinois pocket watch and its worth more but thats just my opinion.
