Vintage 1982 Annalee 29" Mr. Santa doll with cardholder basket. It is a burlap bag. These were made to display near the tree to hold Christmas card gifts or the Christmas cards you receive in the mail. In 1982 he retailed at $66.00. This model was fashion sold separate from Mrs. Santa. (we have her also) He is in very good condition. He is double tagged. (the factory glued a newer tag over an older tag) Please review the photos. It will be this exact doll. This is a bendable, posable doll. It took some tender care, but we were able to pose him back to stand on his own. That said, you may have to work with him when you take him out of the box, as we will carefully and lovingly shape him (not too much) to fit in the smallest box possible. But the box will still be large, sorry.
