Group of Six Vintage Illustrated Junior Library Edition Books (King Arthur, Kidnapped, fashion Black Beauty, Jungle Book, Three Musketeers etc.)

This listing is for a group of six vintage hardcover books which are part of the Illustrated Junior Library Edition series from Grosset & Dunlap. The titles included are King Arthur and His Knights of the Round Table, Kidnapped, Black Beauty, The Jungle Book, The Three Musketeers, and The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. The books have colorful illustrated covers, and contain both black and white and color illustrations throughout. PLEASE NOTE - several of the books are missing the title pages, which appear to have been torn out (see last photo with red arrows). Black Beauty and The Jungle Book are the only two that retain the title pages, and they are marked as copyright 1945-1950. The books measure about 9.25" by 6.75" and take up just under 7" of shelf width when lined up together. These do not retain the original dust jackets.

These books are vintage and show some indications of age/wear. This includes imperfections such as (but not limited to) some fading or areas of discoloration to the covers/spines, some creasing to the spines or pages, edge wear to the corners of the covers, etc. There may fashion be some markings to the interior, such as written inscriptions. These books are being sold "as is" - please view all photos at full size for a better look. Additional photographs are available upon request.
