The Hail Mary beads in this striking Catholic bronze and onyx rosary are 8mm black onyx beads. Each of these beads is wire wrapped with a decorative swirl of bronze wire going up the sides. The Our Father beads are 14mm by 15mm Bali style puffy heart beads. These beads are antiqued brass. The Sacred Heart center is made from a mold of a vintage rosary center. It is solid bronze. The decorative crucifix is also made from a mold of an antique crucifix. Like the center, it is solid bronze. The 20 gauge wire is also solid bronze. It is phosphorous bronze which means it has a higher copper content than most bronze. This gives it a nice, warm color that is appealing. This is a substantial rosary with a nice weight. It would make an attractive gift or would be great to keep for yourself.

If you hold the middle of the third decade in one hand and the end of the crucifix in the other, the length of this rosary is 32 3/4 inches.

ABOUT UNBREAKABLE ROSARIES: This rosary was constructed in such a manner as to make it unbreakable when used for normal prayer. The solid bronze wire is coiled 2 1/2 times at either end of each bead to secure it in place. Furthermore, the interlocking loops prevent the type of breakage you find with most rosaries. This rosary was made to last a lifetime with normal prayer and care.

GUARANTEE: I am so confident in the construction of this rosary that I will repair the construction (wire part) for free should it break when being used for normal prayer.

NOTE: The term "wire wrapped" means that the wire is wrapped around something...even if it fashion is only wrapped around itself as is the wire on either end of the beads in this rosary. It is the "wrapping" that occurs at either end of the bead that holds the bead securely. Some rosaries have beads that show a "swirl" of wire going up the side of the bead. This little swirl of wire is only decorative and does not, in any way, contribute to holding the bead securely. Again, it is the wrapping on both ends of the bead that holds the bead securely and it is the wrapping that occurs at the ends of the beads that fills the definition of "wire wrapped".
