Here is what to expect with your purchase.
After photo submissions, a preliminary working drawing will be sent for approval. Usually within two weeks. This drawing will be the foundation for the final project. Work will progress fashion to completion and you will receive a proof before shipping. Shipping is by Priority Mail unless other arrangements have been made.
