If I remember correctly 1-2 pieces were missing from the factory and I replaced them with spare s I had. The only one I can remember for sure is the stick for the pirate flag on the raft was missing. And is supposed to be black. I replaced it with a gray one I had. Everything else seems to be there. Comes with instructions. No box. And 6253 Feel free to ask questions.
