This is a fantastic pair of mid century modern stoneware vases with organic style natural geometric shapes and glazes designed for Pottery Craft by Robert Maxwell in California circa 1960s. These vases are ideal for your bohemian or mid century modern styled home. Both vases feature overlapping geometric circles in black, gray, rust and terra cotta. The first is a lidded ginger jar or apothecary that measures: 8 inches tall and 5 inches wide, no damage excellent condition. The other is a tall bulbous hourglass vase that measures: 10x7 fashion inches, the vase has a small hairline crack on the rim(photo 9&10). Given the colors and stoneware material, the crack is difficult to notice unless you are very close to the vase.
