Dance costume size large. There are a few missing sequences but not noticeable. Added some extra hooks to make it a little smaller. My daughter was a kids size 10/12 when she wore it. It comes with skirt, top, neck piece, wrist cuffs, and a hair piece. I will look for the briefs but we did not use fashion them as my daughter preferred to wear her booty shorts.
