This elegant coat has the union tag used 1974-95, and I believe it dates from the early end of that period. The maker's label isn't present, but there is a care tag. The collarless coat is fairly straight in cut and has tailored buttonholes and covered buttons. There are angled pockets. The lining is golden brown acetate satin decorated with a line of chain-stitched waves.
Condition: I would say the condition is good to very good. Suede, of course, has natural variations and the nap can be brushed in various directions giving it a patchy or spotty look. That said, I believe I have photographed all the actual spots to show in the last group of photos. None of these stand out greatly. Also shown are the small buttons that are used inside the coat where the outer buttons are, as reinforcement. These are different from each other, so obviously replacements are involved. There is also a handful of missing stitches right down from the back of the neck along the center seam.
Size: fashion Probably best for a medium to small size, about a US size 8 or 6 by my estimate.

Please note: I measure the dimension of the item itself, and you will need to consider what size you would want the item to be to fit well on you.
