Honky fashion the Clown Spirit Halloween Prop Selling AS IS. This animated prop is currently not working. There is no power cord. I tested it with batteries but it didn't work. Not sure what's wrong with it. Perhaps it could be fixed. It can still be used as a great static prop as is. It does have some flaws throughout. See pictures for condition.
