A beautiful handcrafted 3 tier couscous cooking pot made from Grès du Marais stoneware.
It features a first pot, larger than the other ones, to hold meat, a smaller pot to hold vegetables, used to produce steam, a third pot with perforated floor to cook the couscous grains, then the domed lid placed on the top of the couscous maker.
The underside of the pots has been left rough.
The elements have been fashion stamped with the maker's mark - Grès du Marais France.
