Set consists of two molds : Polypropylene CNC machined mold for silicone lure and aluminum CNC machined mold for lead that is inserted into lure.
This set dedicated fashion for hobby and small series production and it gives 95mm long and 90g heavy lure.
You can buy this mold with or without mold for lead.
Lure produced with this mold is dedicated for catching perch, luce, catfish and asp fish.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE :
1. Cover the mold with glycerin (soap for dish washing) because of easier disassembling and pulling out the model when molding is finished
2. Put in previously cast lead with bent wire (You made it with small aluminum mold)
3. Using a spatula fill the mold with mixture of acetate silicone with 2 - 3 drops of water (when You add water silicon hardens much faster)
4. Put in the metal pins for positioning and assemble the mold
5. Wait approximately 1:30h - 2h then open the mold and pull out the model.
