J & G Meakin's BRIDAL BOUQUET. A flower bouquet of purple and pink flowers tied with a purple ribbon bow. Smaller floral spray of pink flowers and purple ribbon bow on opposite side of plate. Background is an off-white, ivory. Scalloped edge, trimmed with gold.

Diameter: 6 1/2"

Backstamp: "REGd SOL 391413 - J & G Meakin - England", with sun face on horizon (mark registered in 1912)

Vintage Condition: NO chips. NO cracks. Plates are crazed. Manufacturing flaw on one plate has a slightly flattened spot on the floral spray and as such, a small part of the pink flowers are not applied. One plate has dark debris on edge, under the glaze.

Pretty plates for serving dessert at a bridal shower!
