IS THIS A BATES Hobnail fashion Chenille Bedspread? Mom left notes on everything but didn't leave detail on this bedspread.
A very pretty large bright white chenille bedspread in beautiful vintage condition. This has been laundered and kept in a bag. PLEASE LOOK AT THE LAST TWO PHOTOS. I found a loose loop and one tiny dark spot. There isn't a hole, just a loose thread.

I have two Chenille Bedspreads. This one is larger however I'm not positive it is an original Bates. The bottom on this one is squared off (not curved like the other spread). Take a close look at the very top hem line. On the spread marked Bates, you will see a different pattern. This would still make a beautiful cabin or beach house bed spread.

Photos are taken with it on a Queen size bed.

PLEASE LOOK AT THE LAST PHOTO. I have gone over this recently cleaned bedspread and I was able to find a loop that could be tacked in, NO HOLES and one tiny dark spot.
