We dispatch our garments in our beautiful signature gift box & packaging, complete with acid free tissue paper and a delicate black satin ribbon.

We offer on request, to slide a personalized message of your choice in the box.

Please allow 5-10 days for your product to me made as we use traditional couture techniques & craftsmanship to create your product. Each piece is made to order, by hand.

TERMS & CONDITIONS- RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope that you will be delighted with your product. However, we understand if you need to exchange or return your item(s). If you are unsure which size you would like to exchange for, our sizing guide may help, or if you would prefer to contact us we would be happy to advise you.

For all returns and exchanges, please contact Aemilia Couture and send the package back with your goods to the below address within 14 days for UK orders, and 21 days for international. However, Bespoke orders are non-returnable.

Please email us stating your order, your reason for return and if a refund or exchange is preferred. We will then reply with an address to send your return to.

We suggest that you ask for a receipt of postage from the post office, this is a free service that the post office provides and proves that your item has been sent, as we cannot accept any responsibilities for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Please allow up to 14 days after we have received your returned goods for inspection.
All items must be returned unworn & unwashed, in their original condition & packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Please take care when trying garments on, and always try on briefs over your own for hygiene reasons. If we receive the product and it does not meet the above requirements your order will not be returned.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

In addition to the above, we are unable to refund customs or import charges for overseas customers. Please mark your package as "Returned Goods" to avoid any customs delays.

FAULTY ITEMS

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments, however if you believe you have received a faulty garment please contact us before fashion returning.
