Has 2 outer pockets that snap shut, has inner slot to hold a pen, fashion and a large inside zipper pocket. Some wear seen on top handles and along top (see photos). Still a great laptop bag! Unfortunately missing the long shoulder strap, but you can buy one on Amazon to replace it. Can hold a 15” laptop.
