Fabulous green moss agate trinket or pill box appears to have a mark on the inside of the bottom but cannot make out what it is.
The top is a large cabochon moss agate stone that measures 1 1/4” wide x 1” long. fashion The stone is open back and has a clear coat on the inside. The box measures 1 1/4” tall.
The stone is bezel set and adorned with lovely stud work on the lid and twisted rope. The box is trimmed with twisted rope silver on the bottom as well.
This pill box is hand crafted and is in good condition although the seams of the silver have slightly separated in two areas, but very minimal. About 1/2” of the twisted rope silver on the bottom has been removed/broken off. Can be seen best in the 2nd and 4th pictures. The silver has some overall wear, but awesome antique appeal.
