Unfortunately, I'm unable to change shipping information or have orders re-routed. If you have moved or sent your order to the wrong address, you will need to arrange to have the product delivered to you from its original destination.
I'm unable to provide any assistance with this (I've tried before, but I don't work directly with the shipping companies and can't have orders re-routed etc.)
—————————ISSUES fashion WITH PRODUCT'S COLOR AND/OR SIZE OF DESIGN—————————
The photos of the flat product most accurately depict the color of the product as well as the color and size of the product's design.
The product may look slightly different than photos where a model is wearing the product. The design may not be as vivid as depicted in the model pictures (due to lighting, different backgrounds etc.) Size of text may also vary from what is depicted in the model photos.
When deciding whether to purchase a product, please refer to the flat photos of the product (the non-model photos) because this is what the product should look closest to.
I'm unable to offer exchanges or refunds if the color and/or size of a product's design differs from the model photos. I'm also unable to offer exchanges/refunds if the product's color is slightly different. There are some exceptions to this – please see below.

Note that the photo must include an image of the WHOLE product (i.e. not just a close up of the design). I need a photo that shows the whole product as well as the issue (e.g. the design) to submit a complaint and request a refund or exchange on your behalf.

If the product's design is printed on the wrong side, please send me 2 photos of your product (one showing each side) that fully capture the product (i.e. not just close-ups). I will have your order re-printed.

If there are defects with your product (like a hole in the product), please contact me and send a photo that shows the whole product and the defect. I will have your order re-printed.

If you received the wrong size or color than what you ordered, please contact me and send a photo of your order that shows the whole product and the issue (if the issue is size, please send a second photo that shows a close-up of the product's size tag). I will have your order re-printed.

Product typically ship within 2-4 weeks within North America. Products ship slower to other countries.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to offer expedited shipping.

Not all products offer shipping tracking. I'm not able to give you any information about your product's shipping if it doesn't offer tracking (because I don't have that information either). Please reach out if your product hasn't arrived after 5-6 weeks and I will get in touch with the shipping carrier.

Products aren't guaranteed to arrive within this time frame, but if your order hasn't arrived within 5 weeks (and you're in North America), please contact me, and I will check the status of your order. If you live elsewhere, contact me if your product hasn't arrived in 6 weeks, and I will check the status of your order.
I do not offer refunds for delayed shipping unless your order has been delayed for a significant amount of time (2+ months). If your order has been delayed for this long, please contact me and I may be able to partially or fully refund your order.
