Antique French fashion Hen Money Box, Majolica Chicken Coin Bank

A charming antique majolica French hen money box fashion dating from the early 1900s. It has been created in the form of a brown hen sitting on her eggs in a woven nest. The money box does not have an opening to remove the coins and would have to be smashed open to access your savings. The coin slot is on the hen's back and is fairly large.

DIMENSIONS:
5" Long x 4" Tall x 3" Wide
(13 cm x 10 cm x 8 cm).

CONDITION:
The hen money box is in excellent antique condition with a small flake to the glaze on the underside. There are no cracks or chips.
