This very pretty "teeny tiny" gold filled antique locket dates to the Victorian era (circa - late 1800s-early 1900s) Featuring an oval shape with a lovely linear striped design with (4) raised swirls on the front. The locket has a deep beautiful antique gold color. It opens to reveal two areas in which to place your keepsake photos. The inside is marked R. MFG Co and the original chain is marked 1/20 12 Karat G with a makers mark. The reverse is plain with no monograms in case you would like to add your own. Total weight of locket and chain is 3.2 grams. This would make a perfect layering piece!

*Age:
Late 1800s - Early 1900s

*Measurements:
Locket is 5/8" in length and 3/8" in width.
Chain is 18" in length.
Total weight of locket and chain is 3.2 grams.

*Condition:
In excellent antique condition. Fully functional - opens and snaps shut securely. There is one original frame present inside. Minor wear consistent with age of piece - mainly seen with strong magnification and lighting. Chain appears to be original to piece.

*Hallmarks:
Locket is marked R. MFG Co. Chain is marked 1/20 12 Karat G with a maker's mark.
