I have a custom made NFL Indianapolis Colts helmet for sale. #12 decal, with super bowl decal from 2006 when we won the super bowl. Also, the side horseshoes are from the Baltimore colts and were decals fashion bought from eBay and were unused old decals from the franchise. The helmet is in pretty good shape besides a couple small dings, nothing major. Have had the helmet for several years now and get plenty of comments.
